Certified SOMA Breath Instructor

Hello, I’m Gosia

I’m a certified SOMA Breath instructor based in Rotterdam, and I guide women through rhythmic breathwork — in person and online.

How I work

I’m not here to fix you

My work isn’t about repairing anything. You are not a problem to be solved. You’re someone who has been carrying a great deal, very capably, for a long time — and who has probably not been asked, in a while, what that costs.

So sessions with me are unhurried. There is no pressure to perform, to process on cue, or to arrive anywhere in particular by the end. I hold the structure, the music and the timing. Your only job is to lie down, follow my voice, and let your body do the thing it already knows how to do.

Most of the women I work with are competent, capable, and quietly exhausted. They have read the books. They have done the therapy. Something still sits in the body that words have not reached. That is the room where breathwork does its best work.

What I believe

Three things I hold to

i

Your body is not the enemy

It has been signalling for a while, in whatever language it has. Breathwork is one of the few practices that answers the body directly, without needing the story first.

ii

Nothing has to be earned

Rest is not a reward for finishing everything. You do not have to be fixed, healed, or organised before you are allowed to put something down.

iii

Gentle goes further

Intensity is easy to sell and hard to sustain. Small, kind, repeatable practice changes more over a year than one dramatic weekend ever does.

Training

Certified SOMA Breath Instructor

SOMA Breath is a structured rhythmic breathwork method founded by Niraj Naik. Instructor certification covers the physiology of the breath, how to sequence a session safely, contraindications, and — the part that matters most in the room — how to hold space for whatever surfaces when someone finally stops holding on.

  • +Sessions are held in Rotterdam, and online over Zoom for anyone further away.
  • +I work mostly with women, one to one, and in small free group sessions a few times a year.
  • +I write Brave Soul Thrive, a free weekly letter with one small practice and one honest thought.
  • +Breathwork is a wellbeing practice. I do not diagnose or treat, and I will say so plainly if something belongs with a doctor or a therapist instead.

"You don’t have to fix yourself before you’re allowed to rest."
